Nielson & Sherry, PSC is providing you with
this Privacy Policy as required by federal law. These laws require
us to protect the confidentiality of personal information that
we collect in the course of tax preparation, tax and financial
planning, personal and succession planning, tax compliance, and
real estate engagements for our clients. We are also required
to protect the confidentiality of personal information that we
collect about consumers (such as buyers and sellers) in our role
as a title agent providing loan settlement, real estate closing,
title abstract, and title insurance services on behalf of our
lender clients even if the consumer is not our client.
We observe and comply with all professional responsibility
rules that govern our legal practice and scrupulously observe
our ethical obligation to protect the confidentiality of all client
information. We will protect your personal information and use
it appropriately.

prevent actual fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, or other
liability; for institutional risk control; to resolve claims,
customer disputes, and inquiries; and as required by courts and
other government agencies.
We may disclose your personal information to affiliates
to our firm (but only if such disclosure does not violate any
rule of professional ethics). Our affiliates are certain companies,
which provide consulting, advisory or professional services for
real estate transactions, operate title agencies, and the like.

Keeping your information confidential and secure
is of the utmost importance to us. We follow standard industry
practices to actively protect the confidentiality, security, and
integrity of your personal information. We also maintain physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your personal information.
In so doing, we restrict access to non-public personal information
about you to those employees who need to know that information
in order to provide products or services to you and to the other
entities mentioned above. In turn, those companies are legally
and contractually bound to maintain the privacy of any personal
information shared with them. We reinforce this privacy statement
with our employees.
Should you become an inactive client, or should
our relationship end, we will continue to protect the confidentiality
and security of your personal information in accordance with this
