Amanda V. Green

Ms. Green is a Northern Kentucky native, growing up in Ludlow, Kentucky. She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University (B.S., Summa Cum Laude, 1999) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D., 2003).  Ms. Green is currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and her experience includes:

  • Civil Litigation
  • Residential Foreclosures
  • Evictions
  • Collections
  • Bankruptcy Issues for Creditors
  • Title Insurance Claims and Litigation
  • Defending Administrative Claims

Ms. Green is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.  Ms. Green is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and Northern Kentucky Bar Association. 

Before joining Nielson & Sherry, PSC, Ms. Green was a litigation attorney at Sweeney & Fiser, PLLC.  Ms. Green provided litigation services to municipalities and local government entities as well as corporate and individual clients in the areas of municipal, regulatory and zoning law, commercial litigation, business torts and employment law.

While attending the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Ms. Green served as an editor of the University of Cincinnati Immigration and Nationality Bar Review and was an executive board member of the Criminal Law Association.  She also, was a United States JAG intern for the XVIII Airborne Corp. at Fort Bragg, NC. As a JAG intern, she was recognized for her outstanding performance as a Judge Advocate Generals Corp.’s summer intern.
