Nielson & Sherry acts as counsel to lenders for their residential and
commercial foreclosure, REO and eviction matters. We handle all aspects of
the foreclosure process including: intake, title review, litigation, title
claims and sale. Our relationships with title companies and other
professionals ensure that clients’ cases are handled and completed
expeditiously and efficiently. We seamlessly handle the transition of a
loan from foreclosure to bankruptcy relief, and back to foreclosure with
the minimum possible delay to the client.
Our firm works to meet or exceed Fannie Mae guidelines on all of its
residential foreclosure cases, and we pride ourselves in our clients’

servicer’s contractual obligation to meet their investors’

We use the latest in web based technology for file tracking and billing:
including the use of popular web-based file tracking programs such as
LenStar, LINCS, NewTrak, iClear and NewInvoice, just to name a few. Our
firm runs internally on the award winning case management program
TimeMatters, and we use the latest technology for telecommunications, fax
transmission and electronic document transmission.
