Nielson & Sherry,
PSC, is accepting referrals for REO and relocation closing services in Kentucky , Indiana , and Ohio . Our firm has a dedicated staff of
professionals who concentrate in handling residential and commercial title work,
closings, evictions, loss mitigation, bankruptcies and foreclosures for our
clients. As a firm with its roots in the real estate title and closing
industry, we are uniquely situated to provide prompt and efficient closing
services to our REO and relocation clients.
We maintain strict
internal standards designed to exceed our client’s timeline

preliminary title evidence to each client within five days of the initial
referral of the REO or relocation closing. Once title evidence is obtained,
our staff begins work to promptly clear any potential title problems. When
a contract is approved by the client for sale of the property, we
immediately begin coordinating the closing with our client, the real estate
agents, buyers, their lender and their settlement agent. Our firm’s
goal is to close all REO and relocation properties as quickly and
professionally as possible.
