	Acted as lead real estate counsel for the City of Newport’s acquisition of property for the Newport Aquarium and Newport on the Levee Entertainment District
	Currently involved in the Newport Promenade Development Project
	Acted as lender’s title counsel for the Covington Rivercenter floating entertainment complex
	Acted as lender’s title counsel for Queensgate Correctional Center
	Obtained zoning and liquor license approval for the York Street International Café
	Restructured real estate record keeping system for Campbell County, Kentucky Clerk’s office
